Located
on the University of Oklahoma Outreach College of Continuing
Education campus, the
Thurman J. White Forum, is
rooted in the belief of creating an environment
to fully maximize
the continual education process for employees,
clients, managers, professionals and executives.
Dr. Thurman J. White is
a pioneering contributor to the theoretical base
of adult education. He conceived and played an
active role in the design and development of the Oklahoma
Center for Continuing Education (University Outreach) on
the University of Oklahoma’s Norman campus.
Today, some 35,000
individuals a year choose our
unique facility for their meetings, conferences and other activities.
The Forum staff provides our attendees with
professional service, committed to an attention
to detail philosophy. In addition, they are dedicated
to maintaining a clean, comfortable, warm and secure
facility which creates peace of mind to our clients.
The Forum offers:

22 separate meeting rooms with maximum
flexibility in meeting your needs

18 seminar rooms—perfect
for break-out sessions—seats 35 participants
when set classroom style and up to 50 participants
when set theater style

rooms come equipped
with chalkboard, chalk, overhead projector, A/V
screen, podium microphone, tables, chairs, head-table and ice water setups at no additional charge - available to you 24 hours a
day if needed

an auditorium-sized Forum Room holds
up to 540 attendees in comfortable chairs behind
built-in desks that rise in tiers from the circular
stage

soundproof projection and audio booth,
multiple screens, state-of-the-art audio-visual
equipment and camera decks equipped in the Forum Room
